Beneath the cracks lies a rainbow...
Saturday, January 14th, 2012 09:06 pm Yes, another nail post. Those blasted splatter nails peeled off and I've been wanting to try this idea I've had floating around in my head. I gathered a bunch of polish (which made me realize I own mostly glitters and shimmers) and painted random streaks of color over my silver holo base. I topped it off with black crackle which reveals the different colors yet unifies the whole look. Amazing. This would look amazing with neon colors!

I love this look! What's great is that the colors don't have to be neat--just go with it. The only thing, and I keep saying this, is the pulling from the Seche Vite top coat. It's irritating, but this is one of the nicest, glossy fast drying top coats I've seen. *sighs* Sometimes I just think about buying a damn UV dryer and some UV top coat.
