They are crazy looking. I've had people do double takes when they see my hands. XD I actually can't either, but I think it was because I had just woken up from a nap and was complacent. I'm glad they're helpful. You learn a lot doing a design the first time...and it's always good to remember them in case you decide to do it again.
The two color one looked awesome too--try it! It's a lot easier since there's less wait time ^^
